1. Terms of Service
By using Cyber-Pulse Runner, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Game.
2. License Grant
Cyber-Pulse Runner is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, or sublicense without written consent.
3. Solana Wallet & Blockchain
The Game integrates with Solana blockchain via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). You are responsible for securing your wallet. We are not liable for lost funds, hacked wallets, or unauthorized transactions.
4. In-Game Currency (Cores)
Cores are digital in-game items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to modify Cores balance or game mechanics anytime.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use cheats, exploits, engage in fraud, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access. Violations may result in account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cyber-Pulse Runner is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect: pilot name, Solana wallet address (if connected), run history, scores, XP, Cores balance, device info, and usage analytics via Firebase.
8. Data Storage & Security
Your game data is stored in Firebase Cloud with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your private keys or seed phrases. We are not liable for unauthorized access from third-party breaches.
9. Third-Party Services
The Game uses Firebase (Google), Solana Blockchain, and Google Play Store. Each has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party practices. Review their policies independently.
10. Children's Privacy
Cyber-Pulse Runner is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents/guardians who believe a child provided information should contact us.
11. Your Rights
You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at notcyberrabbit@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
12. Data Retention
We retain game data while your account is active. After deletion, data is anonymized or securely deleted within 30 days.
13. Changes to Terms & Privacy
We may update these policies anytime. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
