Game progress and account data are stored in Firebase Cloud (Google's infrastructure). This includes:

Security Measures

• Encryption in Transit: HTTPS/TLS for all data transmission
• Encryption at Rest: Database encryption on Firebase servers

Limitations

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee:

• Protection against sophisticated cyberattacks or zero-day exploits
• Recovery of data if your device is physically compromised
• Prevention of breaches from third-party services we use

4. Solana Wallet & Blockchain Data

What We Don't Store

• Your private keys or seed phrases (NEVER sent to us)
• Your transaction history (stored on Solana blockchain, not our servers)
• Your SPL token balances (queried live from blockchain)

What We Know

• Wallet Address: Your public Solana address (if you connect via Mobile Wallet Adapter)
• Token Ownership: Which tokens/NFTs you own (read-only from blockchain)
• Transaction Records: Publicly visible on Solana blockchain

How Wallet Connection Works

1. You approve wallet connection via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA)
2. Your wallet app signs transactions directly (private key never leaves your phone)
3. We receive only your public address and signed transaction receipts
4. All transactions are processed directly on Solana blockchain

Blockchain Transparency

Anything on the Solana blockchain is publicly visible. Your wallet address is linked to:

• All transactions you've made
• Tokens and NFTs you own
• Accounts you interact with

Note: This is blockchain technology working as designed — we cannot make it private.

5. Third-Party Services

Firebase Cloud (Google)

Purpose: Game data storage, user authentication, analytics

• Google's Privacy Policy applies
• Data may be processed in any Google data center worldwide
• Subject to Google's data retention and deletion policies

Solana Blockchain

Purpose: Wallet integration, in-game currency transactions

• Data stored immutably on distributed ledger
• Cannot be edited or deleted (blockchain property)
• Transactions visible to all Solana network participants
• Subject to Solana Foundation terms

Google Play Store

Purpose: App distribution and user reviews

• Google's Privacy Policy applies
• Google collects install/uninstall data, ratings, reviews
• You can opt out of analytics in Google Play settings

Disclaimer

We are NOT responsible for:

• Third-party data practices or privacy policies
• Data breaches at third-party services
• Changes to third-party terms of service

6. Children's Privacy

Age Requirement

Cyber-Pulse Runner is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

What If Your Child Uses the App?

If your child creates an account without parental consent:

• We will delete the account and associated data upon request
• Contact us immediately at notcyberrabbit@gmail.com
• Include the child's pilot name and device information
• Deletion is processed within 30 days

Parental Controls

Parents can:

• Uninstall the app from their child's device
• Use Google Play's parental controls (Family Link)
• Request data deletion by contacting us

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

Right to Access

You can request a copy of all data we hold about you in a portable format (JSON or CSV).

Right to Correct

You can update your pilot name, email, and account preferences at any time.

Right to Delete

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. This will:

• Permanently delete your game progress, scores, and customizations
• Remove your pilot name from leaderboards
• Disconnect your Solana wallet (but not affect blockchain transactions)
• Be processed within 30 days

Right to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw consent for non-essential data collection (analytics) via in-game settings.

Right to Object

You can object to certain data processing (e.g., "I don't want crash logs analyzed"). Email us to discuss alternatives.

Right to Complain

If you believe we're mishandling your data, you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., ICO in UK, CNIL in France).

8. Data Retention

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Active Accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active
• After Deletion: Data deleted within 30 days of request
• Backups: May persist in backups for up to 90 days (then automatically removed)
• Legal Hold: Data retained if needed for legal disputes or investigations

Game Statistics & Leaderboards

• Scores: Kept indefinitely (anonymized after account deletion)
• Your Name: Removed from leaderboards upon deletion
• Historical Records: Kept for game balance and statistics (cannot be linked to you)
